Cancellation policy

📢 Kaldunga Return & Cancellation Policy
🤝 Hand-to-Hand Return & Cancellation (For Cities with Kaldunga Outlets)
✅ In cities where Kaldunga has its own outlet, we deliver products through our own delivery personnel 🚚.
😔 If the customer is not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, our delivery boy will take the product back immediately.
💰 Once the return is processed, we initiate a payment refund within 24 hours.
🏦 The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 5 to 7 days.
📦 Third-Party Courier Return & Cancellation
🚛 If the product is delivered through a third-party courier company, customers can request a return in the following cases:
❌ If the product is defective, damaged, or if the customer is not satisfied after delivery.
📆 The return request must be placed within 2 days (D+2 Days) of delivery.
📍 Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2 to 3 days.
💳 After successful pickup, we initiate a payment refund within 24 hours.
🏦 The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 5 to 7 days.
🔹 Important Notes:
🛑 The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging, accessories, and invoice.
🔄 Replacement orders will be processed as per Kaldunga’s delivery terms and conditions.
⚠️ Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or policy restrictions.
