नौकरी के नियम और शर्ते
कलदूँगा डिजिटल यह एक ऐसा प्लेटफार्म है। जहा आप परमानेंट नौकरी के साथ साथ अपना बिज़नेस भी कर सकते है। जहाँ से एक अच्छी खासी इनकम प्राप्त कर सकते है।
कलदूँगा डिजिटल को ज्वाइन करने के निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्ते है।
1 - कलदूँगा डिजिटल को ज्वाइन करने के लिए रु 1 लाख से रु 4 लाख तक निवेश करना अनिवार्य है। (निवेश की रकम को प्रोडक्ट की इन्वेंटरी बढ़ाने में की जाएगी)
2 - एक या दो ब्रांड का सेल्समैन और उस ब्रांड के प्रोडक्ट की बिक्री पर प्रॉफिट का 10% से 25% तक बिक्री का प्रोत्साहन भी दिया जाएगा।
3 - रु 1 लाख निवेश करके ज्वाइन करने पर रु 6000/- प्रति माह सैलरी +(PF, ESI) किसी 1 ब्रांड का सेल्समैन और उस ब्रांड की बिक्री पर प्रॉफिट का 10% प्रोत्साहन।
4 - रु 2 लाख निवेश करके ज्वाइन करने पर रु 10000/- प्रति माह सैलरी +(PF, ESI) किसी 2 ब्रांड का सेल्समैन और उस ब्रांड की बिक्री पर प्रॉफिट का 15% प्रोत्साहन।
5 - रु 3 लाख निवेश करके ज्वाइन करने पर रु 14000/- प्रति माह सैलरी +(PF, ESI) किसी 2 ब्रांड का सेल्समैन और उस ब्रांड की बिक्री पर प्रॉफिट का 20% प्रोत्साहन।
6 - रु 4 लाख निवेश करके ज्वाइन करने पर रु 18000/- प्रति माह सैलरी +(PF, ESI) किसी 2 ब्रांड का सेल्समैन और उस ब्रांड की बिक्री पर प्रॉफिट का 25% प्रोत्साहन।
(निवेश की गई रकम को हम एग्रीमेंट हस्ताक्षर करेंगे जिसमें 2 अलग-अलग गवाहों की जरूरत होगी जो कि सभी नियम और शर्ते उस पृष्ठ पर दर्शाए गए होंगे)
7 - एम्प्लॉई को 6 माह बाद ही कंपनी के पेरोल पे रखा जाएगा। अगर एम्प्लॉई 6 माह में कंपनी में कार्य करने योग्य कौशल प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता है तो निवेश की रकम बिना किसी ब्याज के 15 कार्य दिवस में उसे वापस किया जा सकता है। और नौकरी से निकाला जा सकता है।
8 - सैलरी और प्रॉफिट का प्रोत्साहन दोनों जोड़कर प्रत्येक माह की 1 तारीख को एम्प्लॉई के बैंक खाते में PF कटौती करीब 12% और ESI कटौती करीब 1.75% की कटौती करके भेजी जाएगी।
9 - एम्प्लॉई को ड्यूटी समय आईडी कार्ड और ड्रेस कोट में आना अनिवार्य है। (आईडी कार्ड, ड्रेस कोट की लागत उनके सैलरी से काटी जाएगी।)
10 - एम्प्लॉई अगर कंपनी के एम्प्लॉयीमेन्ट पालिसी की उल्लंघन करता है, तो उसे 1 माह की नोटिस देकर नौकरी से निकाला जा सकता है और निवेश की गई रकम बिना किसी ब्याज के 15 कार्य दिवस में उसे वापस कर दी जाएगी।
11 - एम्प्लॉई अगर नौकरी छोड़ना चाहता है तो 1 माह पूर्व रिजाइन पत्र देना अनिवार्य है। रिजाइन पत्र स्वीकार करने के बाद निवेश की रकम बिना किसी ब्याज के 15 कार्य दिवस में उसे वापस कर दी जाएगी।
12 - न्यूनतम योग्यता 10वीं पास।
13 - उम्र 20 - 45 वर्ष (रिटायरमेंट की उम्र 65 वर्ष)।
14 - ड्यूटी 8 घंटा, महीने में छुट्टी 4 दिन।
15 - प्रत्येक एम्प्लॉई को कंपनी की तरफ से प्रोडक्ट सेल का टारगेट दिया जाएगा। उस टारगेट की पूर्ति करना अनिवार्य होगा। बेहतर सेल्स करने पर उसे प्राइज के साथ सम्मानित किया जाएगा और पद में प्रमोशन दिया जाएगा।
16 - जोइनिंग के समय जरूरी दस्तावेज:
1- मार्कशीट कॉपी
2- एक्सपीरियंस सर्टिफिकेट
3- आधार कार्ड
4- पैन कार्ड
5- पासपोर्ट साइज 3 कलर फोटो
Job Terms and Conditions
Kaldunga Digital is such a platform where you can do your own business along with a permanent job. From where you can earn a good income.
The following are the terms and conditions for joining Kaldunga Digital.
(1) To join Kaldunga Digital, it is mandatory to invest Rs 1 lakh to Rs 4 lakh. (The investment amount will be used to increase the inventory of the product)
(2) Salesmen of one or two brands and sales incentives of 10% to 25% of the profit on the sale of the product of that brand will also be given.
(3) On joining by investing Rs. 1 lakh, you will get Rs. 6000/- per month salary +(PF, ESI) Salesman of any 1 brand and 10% incentive on the profit on the sale of that brand.
(4) On joining by investing Rs. 2 lakh, you will get Rs. 10000/- per month salary +(PF, ESI) Salesman of any 2 brands and 15% incentive on the profit on the sale of that brand.
(5) On joining by investing Rs. 3 lakh, you will get Rs. 14000/- per month salary +(PF, ESI) Salesman of any 2 brands and 20% incentive on the profit on the sale of that brand.
(6) On joining by investing Rs. 4 lakh, you will get Rs. 18000/- per month salary +(PF, ESI) Salesman of any 2 brands and 25% incentive on the profit on the sale of that brand.
(We will sign an agreement for the invested amount in which 2 witnesses will be required, all the terms and conditions will be mentioned on that page)
(7) The employee will be put on the company's payroll only after 6 months. If the employee is not able to acquire the skills to work in the company in 6 months, then the investment amount can be returned to him within 15 working days without any interest. And he can be fired from the job.
(8) By adding both the salary and profit incentive, PF deduction of about 12% and ESI deduction of about 1.75% will be sent to the employee's bank account on the 1st of every month.
(9) It is mandatory for the employee to come to duty with an ID card and dress coat. (The cost of an ID card, dress coat will be deducted from their salary)
(10) If the employee violates the company's employment policy. Then they can be fired from the job by giving 1 month's notice and the invested amount will be returned to them within 15 working days without any interest.
(11) If the employee wants to leave the job, then it is mandatory to give a resignation letter 1 month in advance. After accepting the resignation letter, the invested amount will be returned to them within 15 working days without any interest.
(12) Minimum qualification 10th pass.
(13) Age 20 - 45 years (retirement age 65 years)
(14) Duty 8 hours, leave 4 days in a month.
(15) Every employee will be given a target of product sales by the company. It will be mandatory to fulfill that target. For better sales, they will be honored with a prize and will also be given promotion in the post.
(16) Necessary documents at the time of joining:
1 : Mark sheet copy
2 : Experience certificate
3 : Aadhar card
4 : PAN card
5 : Passport size 3 color photos
